Dr. Lara Plecher, ND

Since 2005, Dr. Lara Plecher has been dedicated to providing comprehensive naturopathic care. A graduate of Bastyr University, she specializes in food intolerance, diet and digestion, blood sugar balancing, healthy aging, mental wellbeing, and natural hormone balancing. 

Dr. Lara is also a sought-after public speaker and teacher, currently writing her first book. She enjoys living on the Olympic Peninsula, nestled in the mountains by the sea, with her beloved husband and son. Dr. Lara’s great passion is empowering people to live happy, healthy, and inspiring lives!
